SPEAKER_00That exact thing. For years the play was write a PDF, gate it behind an email form, and watch the leads roll in. It worked great. It does not work great anymore.
Why People Stopped Trading Emails

SPEAKER_00Because everybody did it, and people got burned. How many free PDFs have you downloaded that you never opened? Or opened, and it was twelve pages of fluff to get one decent tip. People learn that the free PDF usually isn't worth the email.

SPEAKER_01I notice all three have the same theme. It's about them, not generic.
SPEAKER_00That's the whole shift. The old PDF was about you broadcasting information. The new lead magnets are about them getting a personalized result. Specific beats generic, and personalized beats broadcast. That's the rule now.
